Coaching for Life and Work

Working with individuals to enable them to clarify their vision for life and work, develop their confidence and achieve their full potential.


Coaching is a powerful process that can enable significant and lasting change in life or work. It provides a non-judgemental, open, and confidential space that focuses on the client’s own thoughts, challenges, desired outcomes and goals.

Taking a practical and down to earth approach, I work with people from all walks of life and can work with most challenges, but have particular focus on the following:

  • Confidence

  • Leadership development

  • Career progression

  • Life changes - 'the crossroads conundrum'

  • Overcoming stress, burnout and developing resilience

  • Trauma informed Coaching. I work with people recovering from trauma. This is not a replacement for therapy, more that I understand trauma and the nuances of working with people who have experienced it.

  • Working with those in the social sector, charities or international development / humanitarian NGOs. While a good coach can support anyone from any background, as someone who spent nearly 20 years in humanitarian aid, I know how important it was to me, at the time, to find a coach who understood this world.
